How award booking with MZ Travels works

Plain-language terms, not legalese. Read these before you reserve a Flight Deal.

What MZ Travels does

MZ Travels books award travel on the traveler’s behalf using loyalty points. We work with the airline programs to find available award space, confirm it, and ticket the booking for you.

MZ Travels is not the airline

The operating airline, not MZ Travels, operates your flight, sets the schedule, and controls the ticket once issued. MZ Travels is an independent booking service, not a carrier or airline partner.

Prices shown are not charged until booking is confirmed

Your card is saved securely but NOT charged when you reserve. We first confirm the space with the airline program, book it, and only then charge the price shown.

Award space is not guaranteed until ticketed

Award space can sell out or change before we confirm it. A reservation is a request, not a confirmed ticket. The booking is only guaranteed once the airline has ticketed it.

Schedule changes and cancellations

Schedule changes, delays and cancellations follow the operating airline's policies.

Refunds and credits

If the space is gone before we confirm it, you pay nothing and your card is removed on request. Refund, credit and points-reinstatement handling is detailed in your booking confirmation email.
